Created by the Jewish National Fund, this Tu B’Shvat Haggadah is divided into four sections, each of which includes a cup of wine and traditional fruit, a Jewish text, a scientific fact, environmental action items and thought-provoking discussion questions, along with poetry, songs and recipes. The tradition of celebrating Tu B’Shvat with a Seder, loosely modeled after the Passover Seder, was started by the Kabbalists of Tsfat in the 16th century.Â
