Every summer, hundreds of educators from Israel and around the world come together for 8 inspiring days of hands-on learning about their heritage and history.
The goals of the conferences include:
To introduce the latest resources for promoting Zionist, social, and environmental values in schools and communities around the globe
To expose educators to the beauty of Israel and the Jewish world
To strengthen the bond between Diaspora communities and Israel
To build ties between Israeli and international education systems
Through tours around the country, engaging educational programming, and experiential learning activities, our conferences impart lasting eco-Zionist values and leave participants feeling deeply moved, connected, and inspired.
Of course, in the long run, the biggest beneficiaries of the educators’ new found passion and knowledge are their students back home.
Each participant is tasked with presenting an educational project based on the activities and tools they learned at the conference. The educators will go on to share their new knowledge and skills in schools around the world.
