This video (07:17) introduces The Sanhedrin Trail, an interactive 70 km long path dedicated in honor of the State of Israel’s 70th birthday, celebrating the cultural heritage, nature, archaeology and history of the Galilee. Crossing from Tiberias to Beit She’arim, hikers are led by an innovative augmented reality-based smartphone application that brings to life the sages of the Sanhedrin and the archaeological remains that will be encountered on the journey.
