The Ella Valley
This fertile valley in central Israel’s Judean plains is best known as the site of the famed biblical battle between David and Goliath. Recently recognized as a nature reserve due to its wide variety of native flora and fauna, KKL-JNF is active in protecting the historic area environmental threats and investing in heritage and recreational sites in the area.Â
