The third holiest site according to Islam, Haram al-Sharif is believed to be the place from which the prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven, home to the Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Yemin Moshe was the first neighborhood built outside the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, full of charming, cobblestone alleyways and the rich history of old buildings and those who once lived within them. Built through the support of wealthy foreign philanthropists, the neighborhood tells the tumultuous tales of riots and wars, and the restoration of the iconic windmill in recent years.Â

The Yad Vashem World Holocaust Remembrance Center tells the stories of the six million Jews brutally murdered during the Holocaust and pays tribute to the heroes, Jewish and gentile, who brought some light to this dark era of human history. A dedicated partner in the museum’s educational projects, KKL-JNF is also honored to have created a healing green landscape surrounding this important site. Â
Located in a beautiful forest at the entrance to Jerusalem, the 9/11 Living Memorial pays tribute to the lives lost in the infamous terror attack on the Twin Towers in New York City. With the support of its American friends, KKL-JNF built a healing lookout point with a symbolic sculpture at its center, where an annual memorial ceremony is held each year.Â
