Machon Youth Leadership Training Program

In cooperation with Zionist youth movements from around the world, the Youth Leadership Training Program at the Machon l’Madrichim brings members of international youth movements to Israel for a four-month long program that focuses on developing the leadership skills of the next generation. The experiential training program, which has three cohorts each year, includes activities at KKL-JNF Field Centers throughout the country. 

Program Goals:

• To develop the leadership skills of the next generation of Zionist leaders.
• To create connections between the various international youth movements.
